We walked across Venice today to get to the Cannaregio district where the ghetto and synagogues are. The ghetto was very small--just this square and one street.
We were supposed to be able to visit the large Spanish Synagogue, but because of a wedding were only able to visit this smaller Levantine one. It was still very interesting to see.
We took one of the vapporetti (water buses) back to a stop near our hotel. Crowded, but still a beautiful ride.

We went to a Vivaldi Four Seasons concert at a church about a 10 minute walk from our hotel (Chiesa San Vidal). Very enjoyable!
